An AI-assisted drafting pipeline — not software — that turns Jer's existing curriculum and story transcripts into publishable assets he edits and records. It serves Marketing/Admin (Jer), producing for the Unpaid and Paid personas.

Verdict

BUILD-with-AI — a drafting pipeline, not a product. AI drafts from his own material; Jer edits and records. The point: this is ~10× cheaper than ghostwriters or agencies, and the real constraint is Jer's recording time, not the build.

What it does

• 5-day email mini-course — drafted from the curriculum + transcripts, in his voice, for his edit
• The remaining Scorecard reveals (Q9–Q13) — drafted for his voice pass, then he records
• Off Leash Bytes — script/outline all ~30 from the curriculum, produce graphics matching the Team Leadership style, set up hosting + feed; he just records
• The book, The Wild Dogs Way — his 19 lessons + 9-session curriculum + transcripts ARE the manuscript; we assemble a structured full draft (outline → chapter drafts) for him to edit
• Testimonials page + quote cards — built from the Fall 2025 testimonials
• A podcast-guesting kit — the wild-dog-metaphor hook, a one-page pitch sheet, target shows, and talking points

How we'd build it

AI drafting (Claude) runs over his curriculum and the transcribed story corpus (Whisper, already running). Simple graphics tooling produces the Bytes assets. Outputs flow straight into the site, the email service, and the Bytes feed — no new app to maintain.

Effort & cost

Each asset is hours-to-days of AI-assisted drafting plus Jer's edit and record time. The book is the clearest case: days of assembly versus a $15k+ ghostwriter — the most dramatic "10% of the cost" example here. The binding constraint is recording, not building.
