Instrumentation & Evidence
A cheap measurement layer that turns each cohort into outcome evidence — the kind of proof a future B2B buyer asks for before they sign. It serves Admin and Marketing, and it runs on the Paid cohorts.
Verdict
BUILD — cheap and bespoke. A few forms + a simple dashboard; ~$0; adds ~10 minutes per cohort.
What it does
A zero-cost instrumentation kit, bolted onto the format already in place:
- Psychological safety, pre and post. The Edmondson 7-item survey at the start and again at the close. It's free, takes about two minutes, and a before/after shift is a number you can put in front of a buyer.
- Leadership-level self-diagnosis. Each participant's self-rating from Project 1 captured as a baseline, then re-measured at Project 3. Both are already in the curriculum — we just write the numbers down.
- One formation goal per person. Named publicly at session 1. At the close, a self-rated progress score plus one sentence: what changed in how I lead.
- Attendance and completion. Cohort completion rate is the format's own proof — people finish things they find worth finishing.
- An exit ask. Permission to use a testimonial, and one question: would you recommend this, and to whom?
A simple results dashboard rolls it all up.
The payoff: outcome evidence from a cohort spanning India, Bangladesh, and Tibet is a sentence no competitor can say.
How we'd build it
The surveys are just forms — Google Forms, Typeform, or a small custom form. The responses land in a sheet or a small database, and a simple dashboard view reads from it. Essentially free. The same numbers feed the lesson stats in Course Delivery, so we collect once and use twice.

An afternoon to set up; ~$0 in tools; ~10 minutes of cohort time across the run.
When
Phase 2 — but run it on the India cohort this fall, from session one. It hasn't started yet, so we can instrument it from the start rather than reconstructing it later. There's no reason to wait.

The numbers here feed the lesson stats in Course Delivery. The survey set is the "Assessment stack — zero-cost variant" sketched in Course Design. The evidence it produces is what backs the Strategy Brief's B2B section, and it's the direct answer to the B6 / evidence point raised in Red Team 1 — Where the Plan Should Change.
